Nevada Commission On Judicial Misconduct
Judicial Misconduct is running rampid on both the part of the Attorneys and the Judges. This can not be allowed to continue. I have contact the Nevada Commission on Judicial Misconduct and they have been kind enough to provide me with the following links and information. Please pay attention to this information and if you are involved in a heated family court issue please contact they immediately.

For information guidelines and complaint forms. The Judicial Committee meets four times a year. The next closed hearing is set for September, the deadline to get in your complaints is August 31, 2007. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE.
In sending in your complaints please also send in a copy of your video from your hearing. This will tell and show the commission that you are not making frivilous complaints but that it actually shows the conduct of the Judge handling your case. Always keep copies of all pertinent information regarding your case, the judge opposing attorney and even your own attorney. This is the only way you will ever be able to prove what is really going on in you case.
Complaint forms are available in both html and and pdf format so that you can fill it out on line. However, also make sure to print out a copy and send it in physically, certified so that they can not say they did not receive it. Also include all other piece of evidence, 911 tapes, voice recordings, etc. etc. anything that will help you in your complaint against the judge.
Please note: the commission can not hear your case itself, just your complaint against the Judge and his/her misconduct, they cannot and will not decide the out come of your personal family case only the out come of the discipline of the Judges.
Please send me copies of your complaints so that we may have them on file with our office as well. This will allow us to track and investigate your cases as well.
If you would like to have your video viewed by the Judicial Citizens Review Board so that we may be able to provide you with a report of the vidoe by our panel please send us an e-mail.
If you know anyone who is a friend of the litigants, not of the family courts, and would like to sit on our panel please have then contact us as well. We are looking for retired individuals from the legal, education, medical communities, we will not discriminate for any reason. As we all know this is not a black/white gay/straight male/female, religion/ethnic issue, it is a issue of the children.
If you keep up with the news especially during election time we all know who Jon Ralston is. Mr. Ralston is a no nonesence hard hitting investigator and commentator who is not afraid to ask the questions that need to be asked. If we can get Mr. Ralston to listen to our stories and to view the videos for him self then maybe he can investigate the family courts as well. We need people like him to help us get the word out. Until we do then our children will continue to suffer.

This website lists has the decisions made on the complaints made against the Judges. As you will find there are very few complaints made against many of the judges that need to be made, maybe not even your judge. For that reason we are forced today to deal with the misconduct of these judges because no one will come forward and press charges against them and force them to answer for their actions. Contact the Commission today file your complaints and make your hurt, your pain, and your worries heard. Until you do our children will continue to suffer at their hands.
