The members of the C.J.R.B. review videos and documents of individual court cases. In reviewing the court cases the board members would then rate the judge on his or her conduct in court, did they treat each litigant with the same respect. Did they listen to what both parties were saying, did they take into consideration the opinions and facts from withnesses such as CPS, School Teachers, Members of the Police Department or did they totally disregard what any of them had to say.

Today I contacted Andrea Beckman Executive Director and Legal Advisor to the Las Vegas Metroploitan Police Department Citizen Review Board since it inception in April of 2000, I basically felt as if I was wasting her precious time.  She told me that there was already a citizens review board for judges all judges, however this board has attorneys who are at this time working, so tell me do they or dont they have anything to gain by giving favorable mentions about the judges.   That is why we are looking for retired individuals, they can remain annonymous.

This gathered information is to inform the general public not just the judicial arena of the judicial conduct and misconduct of the family court judges.

Since the inseption of PASSAGE I am hearing horror stories all the time from those who have gone before Judge Del Vecchio and Judge Moss.  How both judges have favored one litigant over the other, be it that one litigant had more money than the other and ther for could afford a better attorney. Or one litigant was treated poorly and with great disrespect simply becasue they had no attorney at all because they could not afford one.
